Healing Services and Offerings
Welcome to Yogalogy's Body Trauma Center — a healing sanctuary where yoga and meditation guide you back into the body, creating space for deep trauma healing and self-integration. We believe that true healing requires a harmonious connection between mind and body. Through our carefully crafted wellness practices, we focus on embodiment, encouraging you to reconnect with your physical self in a safe, supportive environment.

Our approach is designed to release stored tensions, foster awareness, and help you experience a renewed sense of grounding and peace. Join us to journey inward, empower your healing, and rediscover balance from within. The body therapy clinic is a small centre with the intention of fostering safety and connection. Class sizes are 8 people at a time.
Yoga classes will resume in September 2025.
Meditation
Allow us to gently lead you into your mind's body, let us guide you to your inner healer and connect with the deepest part of knowing. Our meditation teacher is also a trained mental health professional that views meditation as an important part of integration and wellness.
Meditation classes are led by Chrystal Assee.

Why meditation for mental health?
Learning to meet the body and mind in a coherent and safe manner allows us to feel connected to our true nature. Learning how to meet difficult and overwhelming experiences with meditation allows us to become grounded and emotionally stable to meet all adversity in peace and safety.

Yoga
Yoga classes will resume September 2025.
We offer restorative yoga to help you connect to the wisdom of deep relaxation. Relaxation allows our body and mind to restore and heal.
We will be offering Restorative yoga classes led by our yoga teacher Chrystal Assee.

Restorative yoga is done on bolsters and blankets, it is a deep embodiment slow posture-based practice focused on relief and emphasizing the building of tolerance towards letting go.

We offer gentle embodied Asana and Yin yoga classes led by our yoga teacher James Wolfe.

Yin Yoga allows the body to be felt, while cultivating resilience through deep yoga postures, creating the ability to meet our deepest selves, while learning to soften our tensions in body and mind.

Asana is the practice of being, with strength postures to cultivate embodied resiliency.

Massage Therapy
We believe that true healing happens when the body and mind are in harmony. Our approach integrates embodiment practices, mindfulness, and therapeutic modalities to support deep, lasting healing. Massage therapy is a natural extension of our mission—offering a hands-on, somatic approach to releasing tension, restoring balance, and deepening the connection between body and mind.

Why Massage Therapy?
Trauma, stress, and emotional wounds don’t just reside in the mind—they are stored in the body. Whether through chronic tension, restricted movement, or nervous system dysregulation, the body often holds onto past experiences in ways that impact overall well-being. Massage therapy works directly with the nervous system, fascia, and musculature to help release these stored patterns, promoting relaxation, resilience, and self-awareness.

Thai Massage
Rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions, Thai massage is a deeply grounding experience that combines rhythmic pressure, acupressure points, and assisted yoga-inspired stretching. Practised fully clothed on a mat, it supports both physical release and energetic balance.
Guided by James Wolfe. With a background in yoga, bodywork, and mindful breath practices, each session is intuitive, intentional, and soulful. A moving meditation designed to ease tension, restore flow, and reconnect you to a calm, centered state.
