SAD'S seasonal affective disorder, commonly named winter blues, affects an important part of the population.
This is a season depression type of depression. It tends to get very difficult for individuals who have sad's around November, until April.
Yogalogy designed a white light therapy room to help with reducing symptoms associated with season affective disorder. The recomendation with our room is once to two times a week, 60 minutes each time, or 4 times 30 minutes.
White light is proven to effectively manage depression due to the ultra white light rays. Other treatments recognized, are yoga, meditation, mindfulness, proper sleep, proper diet and outdoor activities.
