Sukdhev Benning Insight Therapist
At the age of 27 I was initiated into this practice through a near death experience. Waking up in the emergency room I suddenly felt different, I could feel, and tune into the energy around me so much more than prior to this incident.
This was a “Wake Up” moment for me, which was the realization that you are powerful beyond measure, it’s really a question of how much of it are you willing to own, and embody.
I am here to educate and inspire individuals about discovering what exists within. And developing your inner vision.
By revealing our inner workings to ourselves, we gain a deeper level of awareness of our choices, decision making and habits.
The sessions can leave one feeling:
A deep sense of Self.
Clarity of mind
Inner Peace and Tranquility
This is the process I take you on, in discovering your flow, its peeling back the onion and tapping into the source of your heart. And then unleashing that into the world.

John-David Ritchie, Naturopath advisor for mental health
Whole personal freedom has always been highly important to me. I eventually grew to understand that this value is at the core of my interest in the field of Naturopathy. The body is definitely involved with the notion of freedom.
After all, our perceptions in every waking moment and capacity to act on them is partly mediated and influenced by the body’s health levels.
To me, health is the body’s capacity to keep its physical and psychological functions optimized in the face of environmental and personal changes, within its genetic limits.
My approach is to optimize the body’s health and functions so that our existential journey, in all its physical, psychological and spiritual components, is more epic and fulfilling thanks to an optimized capacity to see and do.
I’m a naturopathic advisor and am part of the ANQ. I am in the process of studying naturopathic sciences at IESN.
My completed classes include, but are not limited to, physiology, biochemistry, natural health factors, pathology, orthomolecular nutrition (understanding the roles of vitamins and minerals in relation to health) and nutritherapy (how to adequately support an organ or system with food). I can help with different facets of health, including
Sleep and recovery
Body composition changes
